Do you install Skype for Business client in your iOS devices?
If so, uninstall it and try again.
If no luck, uninstall Outlook and reinstall it. Then try to book a meeting and observe the result.
Besides, confirm with your IT admin if he changes the coexistence mode in your organization. If it is Skype for Business only or Skype for Business with Teams collaboration, users remain in Skype for Business for meeting capability.

Hi, im sorry i dint see these replies.
I haven't changed anything.
We are not in coexistence mode we have fully migrated.
It happens all the time, only on my iOS devices using the MS Outlook Application
