Mouse in Quick Assist Jumps

When I'm Quick Assist connected with someone at work using the mouse works fine for both of us but every now and then the cursor jumps on it's own to the bottom right of which ever screen it's over.

He says it doesn't happen when connected with others.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

Thanks!

Ken

Are you observing the same behavior on your own PC?
Make sure update your Windows.

Windows is up to date.

I don't see that behavior at all except when connected with Quick Assist.

Thanks for answering

Can you check the same by increasing bandwidth (if possible)?

Also try the same in Clean Boot state.

Hi,
Based on my research, it's caused by either a network bottleneck or hardware.
This error may be due to touchpad mouse driver, you could disable mouse driver to see if it works.
If you or he has touchpad, remember to disable it.

I would also suggest you to uninstall the corrupted drivers and update the mouse drivers and check.

Press Windows +X
Select Device manager
Expand mice and other pointing device.
Right click on the device and select update driver software.

Hope above information can help you.

I've disabled the touch pad and the person on the other end has disabled his touch screen, but so far nothing has helped.

From everything I can see my mouse drivers are the most recent the manufacturer offers.

Still hunting for answers.

I have the same issue.
Both stationary computers, so no trackpads. Both windows are up to date.

It happens when I have control over the other computer. Then the other user uses the mouse and then the jumping cursor happens to him, even though he is on his own computer. I have tried putting my cursor out of the window, but that doesn't help either. It usually jumps down to the right corner.
