MS Project - Tracking Actual Finish Date

Hi guys,

I'm coming to the end of a shutdown project and I'm on site at the client's facility. I have been entering 100% into the tracking gantt chart whenever a task is completed from our daily progress meetings. Some tasks are being done out of order and some have different durations. I expected the Actual Finish Date to record the date when I typed in the 100% complete and then I could make a list of tasks that had different durations and finishes for learning purposes and to improve for next project.

I have noticed that when I type in 100% then it simply copies the planned finish time, despite it actually finishing in real life on a different day.

How can I go back and see all the dates that the task was ACTUALLY set to 100% at? Right now actual finish times just looks like my schedule was as planned.
