Account configuration problem.

Hello, I have problem adding my professional email account associated with Microsoft 365 in email apps like outlook and thunderbirds. I first added the account in outlook app of the DESKTOP device . In this device the email account works and receives email. I have tried adding the same account in outlook app of different devices (laptop and phone) and in thunderbirds (on different devices and in the device DESKTOP-at work), but in all of them there seem to be a problem with the server, and the only synchronized things are calendar events and contacts. The email account is IMAP, and the synchronization of calendar and contact in other devices and apps only works using POP configuration data. If I insert incoming and outgoing servers identical to the ones reported in the account settings in outlook, desktop device at work, configuration doesn't work.

Could you please give me some insight about this issue?

As I know, under normal circumstances, it couldn't sync calendar or contact for POP account, could you please provide us the screentshoot of your detailed configuration in your Outlook ?(Notice: Please hide your personal information in the screenshot for security.)

And did you configured your account with IMAP in your desktop? If so, what's the error that would be displayed when you configured the imap account on other clients and devices?

In order to further confirm your issue is related to your account or client, it's suggested to create a new profile and re-configure your account with imap in Outlook on your desktop that could work normally, if the issue could be reproduced there, it may be related to your account itself, it's suggested to contact your mailbox admin to get more help.

If it still could work normally on your Outlook with new profile , the issue may be more related to those other clients or devices themselves. Please first check if there are any differences between other clients and this client(such as internet, firewall or others). In the point of Outlook client, it's suggested to check the client version and ensure that you have updated to the latest version of Outlook.
