Hello, I have problem adding my professional email account associated with Microsoft 365 in email apps like outlook and thunderbirds. I first added the account in outlook app of the DESKTOP device . In this device the email account works and receives email. I have tried adding the same account in outlook app of different devices (laptop and phone) and in thunderbirds (on different devices and in the device DESKTOP-at work), but in all of them there seem to be a problem with the server, and the only synchronized things are calendar events and contacts. The email account is IMAP, and the synchronization of calendar and contact in other devices and apps only works using POP configuration data. If I insert incoming and outgoing servers identical to the ones reported in the account settings in outlook, desktop device at work, configuration doesn't work.
Could you please give me some insight about this issue?
