Not registered in PersonVue

Hello, I tried to schedule the exam of 3 different noteooks, using IE, Edge and Chrome, in all I get the same message.

I contacted PesonVue and they informed me that I am not registered and that I needed to check with Microsoft.

I completed the AZ-900 virtual training and received the discount voucher, however I am not able to schedule the exam >> Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
