Hi @47451047

Outlook 2016\2019 does not display quota information when switching quota to database

I understand that you are working with exchange account, is it right? If so, did this issue occur on any specific mailbox or all mailboxes in your organization?
And where do you mean the non-displayed place(status bar only or under File option like below)? As I know, under normal circumstances, we could find the quota information via click File like below, please kindly check if your quota information could be displayed there:
96185-snipaste-2021-05-13-10-47-40.jpg

If it still couldn't display your quato information there, in order to further confirm if the issue is related to your acoount or client, it's suggested to log in to your web mail to check if you could find your quato information on your owa(settings>options>account).

If it could display normally on your owa, the issue may be related to your client, if you are working in cached exchange mode, it's suggested to switch to online mode to check if the issue has any difference (File>Account settings>Account settings>double-click your account>uncheck the cached option)

If it also couldn't display normally in your owa, it may be more related to your account itself, please try to contact your admin to check your configuration, if you are the admin, it's suggested to post your issue in exchange related forum to get more targeted help.

Hope that would be helpful to you.

Hi @47451047 ,

Could other field(such as status bar) display the quato information normally? According to your description, it seems to be related to your configuration hasn't been synced to the client before.
