by mistake I clicked on active sandbox from that time onwards I am not able to login azure portal.

Please navigate to the azure portal. On the top right hand side click on your email ID and then click on "Switch Directory"

Navigate to "All Directories" and select the directory for which you already have created the azure subscription. You can also set any directory as your default directory.

Hope the above helps you to resolve the issue.
