A few systems are reverting to military time (24 hour clock)

I have quite a few systems. Of the lot there are a random 3 or 4 which flip from standard time to military time (24 hour clock). The local settings on each system do not have a 24 hour clock selected and neither do any of the servers, in particular our NTP server.

The issue is causing problems a primary application doesn't see 3:00PM and 1500 as the same time and fails to run.

Any ideas where to look to fix this, aside from the local BIOS's, the Windows 10 time settings, and the NTP server?

Thanks in advance

Try tzutil.exe, a Command-Line Utility. This Windows Time Zone Utility can be used to change Time Zone or to get the current Time Zone details.

Hello @AllanJAshinoff-5533 ,

If you cannot change the time zone of your server, you can force jelly to use a given time zone for formatting time stamps.

I'm not sure how the answers I was provided relate to the issue I posted. My TIME ZONE is correct on all my machines (verified). What is off is the time formatting. These few systems are switching to 24-hour time (military) rather than standard time.

Example, instead 3:00 PM, which is consistent with the time given from the server and agreeable to our primary application, the system is presenting 1500 from a command prompt even though it's visually showing 3:00 PM in Windows desktop. The primary application cannot sync time and fails to run because it is reading 1500 and not 3:00 PM (which is face value).

Hello,
Open Control Panel
Choose the option under Clocks and Region for Change Date, Time or Number formats.
Check what the setting is under Short time and Long time. The (h) for hours needs to be lower case(12 hour format). Upper Case (H) for hours sets to military time(24 hour format).
What is yours set to?

If it is set to lower case h already what is the Windows Display Language, sometimes that setting can affect these options
