500 error on login to outlook.office365.com System.FormatException error

I have a user who is getting a 500 error while logging in to Office365 with a valid account using different browsers (Chrome and Edge). It's giving her an X-OWA-Error System.FormatException message for X-OWA-Version 15.20.4129.28

Issue started on Monday, and she can login normally with the Outlook desktop app and on the phone app.

Welcome to our forum, please kindly understand under Outlook tag, we mainly focus on general issue on outlook desktop client, considering it could work normally on your desktop client, the issue may be more related to exchange, in order to solve it better, I would remove outlook tag and add exchange online tag, thanks for your understanding and hope your issue would be resolved soon.

Hi @DBenjamin,
In order to better solve this issue, I want confirm with you the following points:
1. Are you a pure cloud environment? All mailboxes are in Exchange online, and there is no on-premsies Exchange server.
2. Did the user change any related settings of mailbox?
3. Please share the complete message error information with us, please pay attention covering the personal information.

Please check if the user's OWA function is disabled.
