If I try to follow those instructions, I find that Microsoft Edge blocks the link for dcdiag.log. with Message: WAF v2 has determined your request exceeded the normal web request and has blocked your request.
Microsoft Edge also blocks the following comment:

The way I reached the location is by Forest, Domains, domain name, Group Policy Objects. Right click Default Domain Controllers Policy and select edit. Now I can go select Computer Configuration, Policies, Windows Settings, Security Settings, Local Policies, Security Options as shown in http://woshub.com/disable-ntlm-authentication-windows/ Then I can set LAN Manager authentication level to Send NTLMv2 response only. Refuse LM & NTLM as well as the other settings listed
