Images not in label editor

I have followed the instructions in the quick start for training a custom model . Docker Desktop is running, SAS URL has been verified, Form Recognizer end point and key have been verified, file location has been verified. In addition the firewall has been opened my access has been set to Storage Blob Data Owner. I have created numerous projects and connections with pdf and png documents in Azure blob containers, including the training forms provided by Quick Start. The forms do not appear in the label editor for any of these projects. What am I missing?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. If you follow the instructions provided here you shouldn't have any issues. One thing I'd like to highlight is to ensure that you've enabled CORS and specified the folder path if you have sub-folders.

^Thanks,

I have followed the instruction and have gone through the installation and setup process several times again but the forms have not appeared in the label editor. I made several projects, used different types of forms etc. I installed the Desktop editor in a Azure App Service and still get the same result regardless of which I use. I have almost memorized the installation and setup process and find nothing missing each time through.

Thanks for your help.
