Allow only Admin to send/receive External E-Mails

Hi,

Is it possible in Exchange 2013 to only allow admin users to send/rec external emails and disable all other users from sending/receiving external emails at once? Currently, all the users can send/rec external emails.

Thanks.

Hi @createshare-7115,

Agree with Andy that you can create two mail flow rules for your requirement. Please have a go as Andy suggsted and check the result. If it works, you may accept his post as answer to close this up. If you have any further questions or concerns on this, feel free to post back.

Sure, Create a Mail-enabled Group of Admins. Then create 2 transport rules that block messages from everyone except members of that group sent OutSide of the org or received from outside the org.

example:
Block Inbound except to Admin Group:

Block Outbound except allow Admins to send
