I can't reschedule for my certification exam on the dashboard.

Find error message below:

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

I'm successful completed MS 100 and MS 101 exam. Both are passed My Microsoft Portal Badges are available . But I don't have issue Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certificate and Badge. What reason it? . Please tell me
