mx errror message

I get the following error message intermittently on emails have received. Is there some way to stop it?

mx.google.com rejected your message to the following email addresses:

xxx@gmail.com
There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox. Please try resending your message. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin.


mx.google.com gave this error:
The email account that you tried to reach is disabled. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/?p=DisabledUser fh3si1180544qvb.51 - gsmtp

Hi @FloydFrazier-1395,

I get the following error message intermittently on emails have received.

By this, do you mean these messages were successfully delivered?
Have you checked the delivery report via EAC or run the get-messagetrackinglog cmdlet to see the delivery status of the messages?

From the error messages you shared above, it seems to me that the errors were generated by google. If there's no issue sending mails to other domains, I am afraid little we can help on the Exchange side and it's recommended to contact gmail to see if they can provide more information regarding how to prevent these error messages.
