Do I need to keep the SCVMM_1801_VHD.vhd file

I am running Windows 10 Pro and use HyperV to manage many instances. I recently ran out of disk space so I cleaned up and noticed the SCVMM_1081_VHD (23Gb virtual disk image) taking up space. I looked to see if there was any open file handles on it (using Procmon64) and could not find anything. Is it used after installation at all for managing the HyperV platform? It does not show in hyperV as being used. Just trying to understand if I can delete, archive or move off C drive?

Hi,

To make sure it is safe to delete/move this file, we may firstly rename this file to, for example, scvmm_1801_vhd_01.vhd and if anything is smooth, then we can safely remove/move it.

I moved it to another drive and deleted it off of the C drive, did not make any difference. Went into the file, and it is just the directories and files necessary for the install. Still kept it but is not actively used.
