MSAccess Unable to to transfer query result to excel after last security update

Hi there guys,

I'm facing a serious issue here since the 13th of may last security office update.

Can't export crosstab query results to excel anymore, neither via VBA transferspreadsheet method nor by right clicking on it. The query result is ok, but can't export to excel.

This happens only in case of crosstab queries with defined parameters in it. No issue if I use xtab queries with no parameters, but this is not what I need.

I'am absolutely sure about the timeline because I run every day automated tasks from access since several years and it all stopped working since the last update.

I've tried on two machines one running WIn7 and Wn10 with office2013 and 2016 respectively. Same result on both after the update. No issues prior to the update.

Can you please address and give some help on this as I've completely stopped working.

Thanks in advance

I believe there is a bug.

Your choice I believe is limited to rolling back the update(s) and going back to a prior build no that didn't have this issue.

Hi,

There is a good chance that this will get fixed with tomorrow's patches. So, watch out and control.
