Hacker with Microsoft email address??

I am attempting to communicate with Microsoft support regarding an email proposing blackmail due to hacked material which would embarrass the victim.
The email address is
hacker@microsoft-security.com
This looks like it comes from Microsoft to me.
Why are they not replying to my reporting of this matter??
Allocated Microsoft case # 1022584059
I am again requesting an update.
Can this group possibly understand why I am not getting a response?
My report is commonplace and unresolved so too hard bin??
I hope not.
Rgds

@WillB-5454
I always recommend checking the headers of the email. Just because Microsoft is in the display name and/or the “envelope from” doesn’t mean it’s actually from Microsoft.

Using a header analyzer will make it easier to read
