Silent installer configuration.ini

I m trying to do SQL server failover clustering installation using the command as below. Once I have executed command below it still bring me to user interface. Anything I need to add or removed?

The following document lists the parameters and some sample syntax for installing a SQL Server failover cluster instance using the command prompt ,please refer to it.
