Applying of artifacts

Hello,

I'm using a custom artifact that i create to installe a software on my VMs.
I tested the PowerShell script directly over the VM without using artifacts and it's work fine. It take 7-10 min to be correctly executed. And the software is correctly installed.

When i use the artifacts to installe the software i have the following problem :

The artifact take more than three hours to pass to the status "succeeded". If i connect to the virtual machine i can see that the software has been successfully installed after 10 min the artefact started to be deployed.

Have you encounter such problems when using artifacts ? How can I resolve these issues.

Hello!

I'm doing some additional investigation but while I'm doing that, have you looked through the Azure DevTest Labs artifact troubleshooting documentation?

I added a VM with a similar list of artifacts and it deployed successfully so I suspect the issue is with the custom artifact. I've messaged you directly to look at the custom artifact which should help us troubleshoot this further.

In general, the Azure DevTest Labs artifact troubleshooting documentation covers most of the common scenarios as well as how to troubleshoot them:

Thank you for your answer.
Yes, I confirm that the deployment of public artifacts, works fine for me.
It's only the artifact "PcVue" who caused me the problem.
