I and colleagues use Skype for Business 2016 at work on Windows 10 systems with Office 2016.
I can on a Skype Call Present a Program (Excel 2016 say) to users participating in a call. They can see just that application\program I have shared with them as expected.
If I then want to look at my e-mail or open another program in the background i..e Word, without the other users participating in the Skype call from seeing this - then the program I am trying to work on in the background without the callers seeing, in fact shows as a black Window on top of the one program I shared with them, obscuring part of the one program I am sharing . if I move the non shared program in the background around. the skype users simply see a black window move about on top of the program I have shared with them. On Windows 7 systems I could work in the background without any interference imposed on what the users in the call would see of the one program I was sharing with them.
The Skype version is from an MSI install, and installing updates does not fix the above issue., or updating the graphics driver or changing screen resolution, or any other settings I can see to change in Skype for Business 2016. I have Skype version 16.0.4266.10001 (32 bit).
I have tried the registry fix suggested from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/troubleshoot/online-conferencing/sharing-display-black-screen - which is a slightly different problem anyway , where the shred screen is black. I have tried Skype cache clearing and DNS flush.
There has been similar issue never resolved at :https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_sfb/seeing-block-box-on-top-of-program-presenting/a1c72d6c-5a85-4e97-805a-4725608b5f17 and also.
Anyone any suggestions how to overcome this issue with Skype 2016 on Win10 version 20H2 where a program is presented with no issue, but then whilst the presenter is working on something else in the background (i.e, maybe another application they don't want the viewers to see) that can show to viewers as a black rectangular area imposed on top of the one program they are being presented with (obscuring part of the view), rather than that background work\application the presenter is working just being invisible to the viewers and they not seeing it, and they just continue to see the one program presented. on another location where it was not resolved.
