MS Design standards for SLA's

Hi Experts,

Can you please help if there are any MS design standards for SLA's with SQL Server i.e if 99.9% 2 VM's with SQL Cluster on same DC , 98% standalone etc.

Thanks for answering this Tom , however looks like the article shared by you does not mention SLA and it's associated design i.e for 99.9% SLA a SQL cluster is required etc.
