O365 Network connectivity

Hello:

i was checking Network connectivity under O365 admin center and noticed that each location has samples collected .. Is there anyway to control how many samples can be collected for each location? Or is it randomly controlled by MS. as you can see that some locations have 50 percent samples collected but then some has less. Also how does assessment comes into a play in regards of samples collected

Based on my research, This list is calculated by taking the median latency of your organization users at the location and subtracting the median latency for all organizations in the same city. For more details about its description, you can learn it from:
