No access to Azure AD

I have Visual Studio Professional Subscription, but i get the message that i have no access to Azure AD.

{ "shellProps": { "sessionId": "c7dedb01abab44028ec9a5717230fe27", "extName": "Microsoft_AAD_IAM", "contentName": "ActiveDirectoryMenuBlade", "code": 403 }, "error": { "message": "No access", "code": 403 }}

How can i use Azure AD with my subscription?

Thank you for your post!

Based off the error that you're receiving, you might not have access to view Azure AD.
- Did you create this AzureAD tenant? Or were you added to it?
- Have you ever been able to access the AzureAD blade?
- Can you try logging in/out or closing out of your browser and retrying the operation?

Any additional information or screenshots would be greatly appreciated.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.

Thank you James for your response. here is my answer to your questions;
- Did you create this AzureAD tenant? Or were you added to it? I got this subscription from my employer.
- Have you ever been able to access the AzureAD blade? I am new in Azure and have never accessed Azure AD before.
- Can you try logging in/out or closing out of your browser and retrying the operation? i have tried to log off and log on many times but no success to access Azure AD.
I wanted to know if my subscription had this AAD functionality!
Many thanks James for your time. Have a good time.
