Event ID 10110 , 10111, 41

I bought new pc and i already have problems.
There is posted code of error.
I ot these IDs 10110 (DriverFrameworks-UserMode), 10111(DriverFrameworks-UserMode) and 41(Kernel-Power).
I read that that might be cause of hardware failure and im very concerned about that.
my pc:
MSI z490 Tomahawk
10600k
2x8gb Patriot viper Ram with xmp 4.4Ghz and 4133. Atm running at stock, so no XMP applied. Could it be cause of that (was running on 4133 before)?
Dark rock pro 4
Corsair RM750X.
970 evo plus 500gb m2
Is there any way that i could test them to at liest locate the exact problem?

Hi @nikolanikola-9362 ,

The openspec-* tags are dedicated to supporting issues related to open specifications. You can find open specifications here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/

Since your question does not pertain to one of these specifications, I've removed the openspecs-windows tag and added the windows-hardware-code-general and windows-10-general tags. Hopefully this will get your post the proper attention.

If I've misunderstood your question and you believe this is related to the Open Specifications documents, please clarify, providing the document name and section with which you have the question or issue.

Best Regards,

Mike Bowen

Hi

Thank you for posting in our forum.

Try deleting the usb root hubs, if you use a usb keyboard and mouse, remote into your computer from another to do it, you'll lose your input devices half way through otherwise and then it becomes a pain. Once you've deleted them with the headset unplugged, reboot your PC and it'll reinstall the root hubs.

Log back in, download the latest driver for your headset before plugging it in, install it, then reconnect your headset. If you still get problems, you can try turning off power management on the hubs and also turn off usb selective suspend in general power options, I'd also disable pci link state power management as well as I've seen that cause a myriad of issues.

If you still get problems after that, it is probably nearing end of life. Usually with products like this it is a short in a cable or a solder joint worn out due to movement, if you're electrical and own a soldering iron you can strip it down to try and repair it, but if not, replace your headset. I'd recommend headsets with 3.5mm audio jacks to connect to your inbuilt soundcard, pretty much every USB version I've seen is terrible.

Hope this information can help you

Best wishes
Vicky

1) There is no need to touch the usb root hubs. Your headset isn't failing, the user mode driver for the HID component is crashing. From one of the events

<InstanceId>HID\VID_0951&PID_16A4&MI_03&COL02\7&1C94FA2&0&0001</InstanceId>

vid 0951, pid 16a4 is the following device: Kingston Technology HyperX 7.1 Audio. From https://devicehunt.com/view/type/usb/vendor/0951

2) Event 41 is describing a bugcheck code 0xA event . This is a very common bugcheck, most likely a driver is the root cause.
