Windows Server 2019 hyper-v file server very slow read

I have server Dell PowerEdge R630 with Windows Server 2019 STD with role Hyper-v. On Hyper-V several servers, and one with file server role. The Client from Windows 10 have a lot of foto on this server. When open in default Windows 10 browser, photo open normal, but when used in program like IrfanView, or XNView the file open veeeeery slowly. The same is when open PDF file alnd .avi. I tested in the same time file transfer from server to station and it's ok.

When I share a folder on Windows Server on this Dell (not on hype-v machine), the photo open normal on all program. So the trouble is probably in hyper-v, or Windows Server 2019 with role file server. Now, I don't have antywirus (will be installed after resolved this problem)

Someone have an idea, and could help?

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Check the event viewer and see if there is any log there?
Open the task manager and exam the process and disk usage.
Do you have enough space on the disk?

In event viewer nothing special. Files open, but slowly. I found similar problem https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/429993f0-da17-4e2a-8410-b1d16b19453a/poor-guest-write-performance-on-hyperv-server-2019?forum=winserverhyperv but I don't have a chance to try it.
Task manager also with normal performance. Disk space is ok, I tested on raid 1, raid 10 and even on SSD. And as I wrote before, when I share a folder on machine which is host for virtualization, then all files open correctly.
I'm sure the problem is on hyper-v, but know what is the problem.

On hyper-v I have a several machine (for instance domain controller). I shared a folder on dc for test, and have the same slowly open images on xnview, or infranview (from Windows 10 host station), buy whet open in system windows viewer, is ok.

Hi,
I did some test in my Hyper-V environment and it seems that sometimes it’s slow as well. After I doubled the RAM, the problem seemed relieved.
This issue could be caused by a lot of reasons. Would you check if the VM is up-to-date? Also please try assigning more RAM to the machine.

Thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Danny
