WSUS 2012 R2 Error ID 13032

Hello,

I have server 2012 R2 with WSUS role installed.

Recently I got error id 13032, that many client wasn't connect to wsus for 30 days and more.
I checked ports and they are open, checked GPO by rsop.msc and clients configured to use WSUS for updates.

What can be the reason for this?

Thanks!

Is the WSUS server a new one? Have you ever reinstalled the WSUS role on the server?

Did all the clients fail to report to the WSUS server or just several clients? Did you find any other Event ID or error code on the Event Viewer?

Run through the troubleshooting steps underneath the client side script (which also may help).

That client side script is to be run ONCE on an affected client AFTER deleting it from the WSUS MMC Console as indicated on the page.

If that doesn't fix the problem, the rest of the page includes a 1-stop shop for troubleshooting.

You mean that I should delete the client from wsus server and then run the script?

Do you know why it's happen?

Thanks

Yes, correct. Delete then run the client side script.

Is there any updates of the case? It seems there is no update for a couple of days. May we know the current status of the problem?
