Data import from Oracle Source to Azure Analysis Services tabular cube is very slow

We are trying to connect oracle source as a data source with tabular cube with 1500 compatibility, when we try to import data it takes more than 3 hours for 70K records, whereas in native query mode 1200 compatibility the same table took only 2-3 mins to import the data into cube. Is there any suggestion to choose the right provider in 1500 mode & import the data in lesser time. Your suggestions are most welcomed. Awaiting for a better response in this forum.

RSR

What kind of mode are you using in 1500 tabular? Was it import mode the same as in 1200 tabular?

Have you built the 1200 tabular also in Azure AS?

Direct Query mode is been used to import data in 1500 tabular & also in 1200 . No we built the 1200 tabular with Onpremise server. Here our source Oracle is On-Premise & we are trying to deploy the cube in Azure Analysis server.
