Issues with CredSSP

Hello;
I'm having some troubles with windows server 2019 (Standard with GUI) and Windows 10;

(I am new to windows system administration).

I have setted up an Active Directory DNS on my server, and I have the IP of the server configured in the server's DNS settings as well as in my windows 10's dns settings (as well as having my windows 10 being in the group of the server)

I have installed the Hyper-V Role onto my server and my windows 10 to then be able to connect to my server from my windows 10;
only problem is that I've been suck with authenticating in any way possible, from the windows 10 to the server :

I have verified my inbound firewall rules and the windows remote management (HTTP-in) is allowed for the domain;
I have tried resetting my server's WinRM;
is there something I am missing, can you guys help ?
