Hello!
I am using the custom logon feature with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, but I am getting a 15-second black screen at the end of the boot process. I have tried booting straight into a custom application with the shell launcher and booting to the desktop with similar results (15-sec black screen in both cases). Here is a screenshot of my EmbeddedLogon registry key:

When looking at the Windows documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/customize/enterprise/troubleshooting-custom-logon#the-device-displays-a-black-screen-during-setup), the only solution I found was reversing the changes I made in the registry to show the default Windows animations during the boot. Since my main goal is to remove the animations, that solution isn't ideal.
My question:
Is there a way to add some kind of basic loading animation (Ie: spinning dots, loading bar) that isn't the default Windows animation during the 15 seconds where the screen is black? And if the animation isn't possible, would there be a way to show a custom image so that users don't think the device has turned off?
My question is similar to another post I saw on this forum (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/365126/shell-launcher-shows-black-screen-before-applicati.html), but I have tried the two suggested solutions and they didn't work in my case.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
