Whenever I shut down my laptop,
it is just stuck
and after 15 mins it shuts down.
I tried running the startup repair, it says sorry we couldn't repair your pc
I literally press hold the power key to shut down :(

You can perform a system restore.
If it fails to fix the problems in the opening post then post V2, uninstall Escan, perform an in place upgrade repair.
Antivirus software can interfere with performance and can be reinstalled.

Nice progress.
Consider making free backup images:

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/61026-backup-restore-macrium-reflect.html
If you save backup images to another disk drive or the cloud then you should have additional protection for:
ransomware
malware
corruption of the operating system
corruption of the component store
corruption of the registry
corruption of the drive file system
failure to boot
slow boot time
slow shutdown time
etc.
(Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)
