Bitlocker: Failed to enable silent encryption

Hi team,

I am getting the below issues while enabling Bitlocker.

1) Failed to enable Silent Encryption. 

Error: The parameter is incorrect.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Note: I have formatted my system and cleared TPM.

To clarify this issue, please check if the device meets the system requirements in the following link:

For EventID 851, this error may occur in that the device uses the legacy BIOS. We can read the following article to try to check the BIOS mode.

For Event ID 846, this error may occurs in windows10, version 1809 devices. Please check the device version, if the device is 1809 version, it is suggested to try to update.

As per the details above, I have TPM 2.0 with UEFI BIOS and windows 10 21h1 version. I have turned on secure boot even then it gives me the same error while I tried to sync with Azure AD.
