Cannot unlock bitlocker when non encrypted! Please help

Hi, I encrypt my system disk with Bitlocker. I used usb as opening option. But i also printed my recovery key. I checked last screen as i found here 99196-run-bitlocker-system-check-option-bitlocker.jpg

Then i restart my PC. My usb not worked..then i tried to enter recovery code, and that does not work either. I don't know what to do now, i don't want to reset my hard drive and i think its is not encrypted, it "only" has some information about checking if encrypted, but i cannot bypass it. Also cannot found any information about my situation.

Thank you so much :)

Once check the Run BitLocker system check option, and click Continue, restart computer, the encryption process has been enabled.
On reboot, BitLocker will prompt you to enter your encryption password(not recovery key you printed) to unlock the drive. Type the password and press Enter.
You could go to Control Panel > System and Security > BitLocker Drive Encryption, you'll see that BitLocker is still encrypting your drive, manage BitLocker here.
