SCCM Remote Control - consuming lots of bandwidth

I noticed ALOT of bandwidth being consumed between two PCs using SCCM remote control. It seems when one particular user in IT remotes one particular PC, I see a huge amount of bandwidth over port 2701/TCP. The IT person had forgotten they remoted in and was on for a total of 90 mins to that PC. It used 16gb during that time. I connected my PC to the same machine and had normal results. The IT person has normal results when connecting to other machines in the environment. We ran another test between the two machines today, and it used 2gb in 6 mins. It seems it is only happening between these two machines. Tested connections from other PCs and got normal bandwidth results. Anyone have any idea on what could he happening here?

Have you reviewed the logs? I have no idea if there will be anything in there.

You'll probably have to open a support case to dig into this although my initial thoughts have to do, color depth and number of screens, and clipboard sharing. You can try adjusting these settings to see if they impact bandwidth usage.

Thanks so much. I am going to do a remote session with the IT person and poke around. Which logs should I look at?
