Email alert when Task Scheduler executes with error

Does someone know how to send make Task Scheduler send an email alert to me is a scheduled task does not execute completely, or executes with error?

I have a .bat file as trigger action on a scheduled task. The task copies files from a remote server to another remote server. I'm using "COPY" command in my .bat file. Sometimes, it doesn't execute; but when I manually run it, it does. Sometimes, it's because of power outage.

How can I make Task Scheduler alert me thru email that the task didn't run as scheduled?

Appreciate any help?
