Are you having trouble configuring your company email account in the Outlook desktop client? If so, what's the type of your account(pop,imap or exchange)? And what's the version of your Outlook client(File>Office account>About Outlook)?

I have mistakenly disabled my account I talk to my tech from work and they had restarted my account and they said on their side it does not say nothing about disabling my laptop How do I enable my account or can you enable my account because I cannot use the office corporation 365 download on my laptop

Please understand here that we could only provide some troubleshooting suggestions for general issues related to the Outlook desktop client.

Based on my research, your error would occur if the device was either deleted or disabled in Azure Active Directory (AD), as a suggestion, it's recommended to contact your mailbox admin to check in Azure AD portal.
