Upgrade WSUS Windows 10 20H2

Hi

We have WSUS on Windows Server 2016.

We approved the feature update : Feature update to Windows 10 (consumer editions), version 20H2, pl-pl x64

Sometimes you have to click check Windows Update or install now.

Wsus shows the following information:

No events are available. This may be because the client has not yet sent the event or the events have been purged from the server. Please refer to %WINDIR%\WindowsUpdate.log on KOMP1 for details.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Are they domain-joined devices?
Are you able to deploy other updates?

Devices are domain to domain. I can install other others. We have systems with Windows 10 1709,1803,1809,1903,1909. We want to upgrade to 20H2

I have a button available Install Now. The photo is an example.
Why is the update not installing? Waits for the user to click Install Now.
I would like the update to be installed during business hours and that the device restart after business hours. What GPO policies should be set?

Are there any scripts with which it will be possible to force the installation of updates on a remote computer?

It seems there is no update for a couple of days. May we know the current status of the problem? Is there any other assistance we can provide?

If you have any questions, please keep us in touch.

@Marek-7702
It seems that you haven't configured the group policy correctly. Please refer to the below pictures to configure the group policies:

Apply the following policies to manage the device restart after updates:

Hope the above will be helpful.

Where are the feature update files come from? WSUS server or the Internet? I found the definition of the error code for your reference first:

I update from WSUS server.
I don't think it is related firewall issue. Because I can upgrade same ip from Windows 10 1903 version to 1909.

It seems that the computer could not download the update files right now, perhaps due to the time out. Have you configure the IIS as this link. Please try to set it first if you haven't configured before.

Then we could try to click the Retry option later.

Please feedback the result with me if there are any updates.

Thanks for your time.

Rita
