Teams Sound Quality

Hi,
In teams I regularly loose sound quality, by that I will be in a call with 1 person or a team of people and I start to talk and the sound is fine with the next work then either going to a robot sound or just not being heard at all.

I have checked my bandwidth and speeds, I have invested in ultra fast broadband and a Mesh yet neither have resolved the issue, I check the speed regularly and it doesn't drop below 25mbps (I am in a room toward the back of the house away from the main router) all other functionality is fine, applications open at lightspeed, web pages move through quickly, Alexa has no issues playing music.

I have tried USB headphone, bluetooth, standard jack versions nothing works.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Thanks

Hi @AnthonyTimbrell-1333

In general, many factors will lead to poor sound quality, such as noise, device.

To make sure your sound quality is the best, try to follow these tips:

1)Speak clearly, slowly, and directly into the mic. As your distance from the mic increases, captions may become less accurate.

2)Avoid locations with background noise.

3)Use the highest-quality Teams-certified equipment available to you.

In addition, it recommends you try to use Call analytics to analyze call and meeting quality for individual users. For more details about it, you can learn it from:
