What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed?

I'm using IE 11.
Ver. 1809(OS build 17763.1879)
I'm also using Edge, too.

The installer determines the version of IE by looking in the registry. If you're comfortable using regedit, can you check the value of Version under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer?

Based on the registry information you shared in the comments, it looks like PQ can't be installed because the registry claims you have IE8, not IE11. Please try repairing or reinstalling IE.
