The users of the Torrex Pro and 8 Zip Pro apps often report a problem that they can't install the app from Microsoft Store and get this error: "Torrex Pro (8 Zip Pro) is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001".
Users report that the app was purchased a long time ago, but recently its license is often losing in the Store.
This problem usually fixes itself in a day or two, but then occurs again.
We (the developers of the Torrex Pro) don't have access to the users' licenses, so please help us to solve this issue.
