OMADMLOG on Android Devices not accessible

Hello,

is it still possible to view the Intune Company Portal App Logs on Android (OMADMLOG)?

When I try to copy the logs, I receive the toast "Copying logs to SD Card". There is currently no SD-Card installed.

I cannot find any logs in "Android > data > com.microsoft.windowsintune.companyportal\files > Files"

My logcat-output says:
05-28 11:17:03.885 18806 18806 I : Initialized logging to file pattern: /data/user/10/com.microsoft.windowsintune.companyportal/files/OMADMLog_%g.log

However: I am not able to find anything in this directory (Work Profile). Apart from that I tried to access these files with adb, but (of course) have no permission. Since the application is not debuggable I cannot access these logs.

Is the localy collection of Android logs still supported?

@AxelAdmin-2198, Based on my checking on one device, I find under the Copy Logs, it shows save a copy on your SD card. So I think it is only for SD card installed device in later version. In your description, I notice there's no SD Card installed.

For such situation, we can choose upload logs to Microsoft. (It will generate a ticket id). then open a case to Intune support and tell the ticket ID to support engineer to get the logs:
