Hi,
let us try blow steps what we could do to narrow down what might cause the problem.
At what point did the trackpad lose it's ability to zoom in?
Does it work as expected other than when using Microsoft Remote Desktop?
Is there any update for the Remote Desktop app?
Looking forward your reply.
Best Regards.
Hi,
The trackpad works as expected in all apps except Remote Desktop, the Remote Desktop app is up to date, the pinch to zoom doesn't work in the remote session in all circumstances (Full screen or not doesn't matter).
FYI, there is also the very slow scrolling issue which i managed to fix by deactivating and re-activating the scroll with inertia option in accessibility.

The problem is related to the app not the MAC, anyway i was not expecting a solution from MS, nothing new!
Hi, how are things going? Could you please send me an update so that we can continue to work on this problem and resolve it? Thanks for your help.
Well, there is no solution for this problem so far since this is related to the MS Remote Desktop App and had nothing to do with MacOS or it's related settings
