I am not able to use my keyboard and mouse after a reset.

Hey there,
My pc was working so slow that's why I thinked to make a reset. But alas I don't know why my mouse and keyboard both are not working, but if i go to bios set-up then the keyboard is working very well. I searched a lot on google to find a solution. And I found the perfect solution, in which he said that if you go to recovery environment, go to cmd and type this code - dism.exe /image:c:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~16299.248.1.17

I can do everything but the matter is that when I go to open cmd it says to first have an administrator account, and then you can only open cmd. But when I start the computer to have an administrator account. My mouse and keyboard are not working.
Thanks!

Hi how is the case going ?

I search and find they say upgrade Bios might work.
And consider changing the BIOS setting. Open the BIOS to disable USB2 Support. After disabling it check your keyboard and Mouse to see if they work. If they don't reset the BIOS to an Optimized Default. This will require a password prompt for entry. The BIOS will refresh with this action.

The DISM command that was used: (31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~16299.248.1.17) was for 16299 or Windows 1709.

Please boot to Windows RE:

Perform a custom install:

This is similar to a reset save files where drivers and applications are reinstalled.

In a custom install files are saved to Windows.old.

Any Windows 10 version can be installed with the applicable iso.

Then Windows.old is restored saving files to the fresh Windows installation.
