Why Process Monitor isn't recognizing keyboard shortcuts anymore?

Process Monitor has become increasingly slow and glitchy with each subsequent update, even with very early/small captures, especially when searching the results for anything. Now with the latest v3.80, keyboard quick-key shortcuts no longer work.

For example, in the Filters window, you previously could Tab between fields, type a letter or two to change the dropdown selection, and then press Alt-A to add the entry and then Alt-O to finalize it (also Alt-R to remove, Alt-C to cancel, and being able to tab between fields and filter-entries). But these are no longer working.

Also, Ctrl-Backspace isn't properly deleting previous words, and when input selection is focused in the "Find" popup, pressing Ctrl-A to select what you've typed is being sent to base procmon, toggling the "Scroll capture" function (which I also rely on, but when I'm in the Find box, I'm not intending for Ctrl-A to be toggling that function at the moment).

I've tried resetting the filters, redownloading and reopening Process Monitor, all to no avail. I don't have any software running that is hooking any of these shortcuts, either.

Any ideas?
