Hi @ChristianAbouHaidar-1103 ,

Can you login to EAC as usual?
And please check if the MS Form-Based Authentication Service is running, if not, please start it manually.

Please try the following methods:
1. Reset the OWA Virtual Directory and restart IIS.
2. Try enabling the sub-features of .Net 3.5 and .Net 4.5, except Named pipe activation through Server Manager>Add roles and features>Select Features
3. Change the MSExchangeECPAppPool from .NET Framework from v4.0 to v2.0 and restart IIS.

To reset the OWA VD, you can run these cmdlets in EMS, or use EAC to reset it.
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory -Identity "EXCH01\owa (Default Web site)"
New-OwaVirtualDirectory -InternalURL https://mail.contoso.com/owa

Regards,
Lou

Hi Lou,

Yes i can log into ECP, and yes MS Form-Based Authentication Service is running on the exchange 2010.

Please try the following methods:
1. I already did that and it didnt fix it
2. i have .Net 4.6 everything enabled under it, do i remove the Name pipe activation and do i enable .Net 3.5?
3. maybe because i only have .Net 4.6 it doesnt show the v2.0

Regards,
Chris

Hi @ChristianAbouHaidar-1103 ,

Thanks for sharing these information.

By default the Exchange 2016 (first install) will enable the .Net 3.5

So I think you should enable it.

And do you mean you couldn't find the V2.0 in IIS like this?

And it should be related to the .Net 3.5 because as the above screenshot shows, it includes .Net 2.0.

Best regards,
Lou

Chris
