Hi,

I am working on creating a telephony bot in python, I configured telephony with phone number which was generated from ACS, endpoint, key and also the web socket is active in app service. The bot is working fine on portal and also the call is connected when calling to ACS generated phone number, but the issue is bot is silent when it is connected, Is there anything I missed.. Can anyone help me please....

@RejishaGopanU-7712 Thanks for the question. Can you please add more details about the error details. Please raise a support request for subscription upgrade request, to get access to any ACS enabled subscription. Telephony Channel is currently in Public Preview, available broadly for the US-based Azure subscriptions. If you have general questions , you can reach at telephony-preview@microsoft.com.

Please follow the sample for botframework-telephony.

Thank you for your kind reply, I had raise a support request for this issue, now waiting for their reply. I had ACS enabled subscription and also have speech service at the location as united stated and west-us and that also working correctly when I am testing as voice bot. The only issue is for telephony channel. I am getting error as 'there was an error sending this message to your bot'. Still I didn't understand what is the main issue
