Azure SSL Certificate is stuck on Pending Issuance for too long (more than a week)

Hello. I need help on how to resolve the pending issuance on the SSL certificate that I bought. It's pending issuance is more than a week now.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Thanks for asking question! This could be due to any of the following reason:

  • If App Service plan is Free or Shared pricing plans, we do not support SSL for these pricing tiers. If so, upgrade App Service plan to at
    least Standard Pricing tier for Web App.

  • If subscription does not have a valid credit card, add a valid credit card to your subscription.

  • If subscription offer does not support purchase an App Service certificate such as Microsoft Student offer, please upgrade your
    subscription.

  • Also, App Services Certificate currently does not support the following country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs):
    .cu—Cuba; .ir—Iran; .kp—North Korea; .sd—Sudan;.sy—Syria
