My Azure Pay-as-you-Go subscription sign in is blocked.

I forgot my password and entered wrong password multiple times. Now the account is saying Sign-In is blocked. How can I unlock my account and proceed further?

Dear Marilee,

Sorry for the late response. I tried to click on Account Recovery Link and provided required details as mentioned in the form (Like First Name, email ID, Last used password. However, it send an email to my registered email ID that the details I shared are insufficient to recover the password. Can you please assist me on how to proceed further?

Hi Sudha,

You should be able to select the option to recover the password. If are not already signed out you can click "Sign out and Sign in as a different account." Once the current account is completely signed out, you should be able to see an account recovery link. Once the current account goes completely sign out, you should be able to see the account recovery link where you can recover the password by selecting "Can't Access your Account."
