I accidentally deleted my Microsoft authentication app

I am not able to getting the code from mobile phone
What can I do

otherwise you may need to recover the services individually, for example a microsoft work or school account.

first of all, I find this process a little bit fool proof because it does not notify the user to either : set the backup on mobile app nor the alternative verification method on account.
Anyway, my case is that I created one-time account using an organization email. I am the admin for that account so after using it for a few days, I closed all active subscription (at least I believed I did) then remove it on the authenticator app. However, after few days, I receive an invoice indicating that I still have an active subscription on this account.
The problem got worse when I can no longer access the account because I already removed the authenticator app.
Now after several exchanges with different support team, I find myself running in circles as to where I can clear out this authenticator app registration so I can register it again on my app and log in on my account to remove whatever active subscription is still there.
I also cannot reach a proper support because I cannot log in using that organization account. I have to use a different user to report it.
