Please run the V2 log collector to collect files for scanning and troubleshooting:
https://www.windowsq.com/resources/v2-log-collector.8/
https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/2198-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Trial and error steps that could be performed before scanning and troubleshooting files (mini dumps, msinfo32, dxdiag, events, etc.) include:

a) uninstalling updates
b) uninstalling and reinstalling GPU drivers

KB5001402 is the latest SSU, which can’t be uninstalled after installed.
I suggest to uninstall KB5001347 from your server, then manually install the latest Cumulative Update (KB5003197) from catalog

Hi,
Is the error related to any drivers installed in the server? because if this update KB5001347 does not match any driver, can this BSOD come?
If we install KB5003197, will the problem get resolved?

Hi, We installed third party drivers for the server found from this site, https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=emr_na-a00043272en_us.
Now servers are under observation for the last 3 days. Till now, we haven't observed any BSOD.
