Connect Office to SharePoint OneDrive on-premise

Hi,
I Installed SharePoint 2019 and deployed OneDrive On-premise successfully.
On Windows OS, we can connect OneDrive client apps to the server by some editing in the registry, and it works correctly, But in order to save a file in OneDrive on Microsoft Word, it requires to sign in.
How can I automatically sign in to OneDrive on Word as it is done in OneDrive On-premise?101249-screenshot.png

Which version of Office are you using now?
According to the image you provided, I find that there is no account signed in Word. Are users allowed to log their account into Office apps?

Per my test, the connected services of OneDrive will be automatically contected after signing in a user account.

we use Office 365 Apps for Business
yes, they can sign in to their Microsoft account, but we want to connect to our local SharePoint OneDrive On-Premise

for connecting the OneDrive client app to our local server
we (edit | add) these keys in the registry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\OneDrive]
"SharePointOnPremFrontDoorUrl"="https://OneDrive.our.organization.domain"
"SharePointOnPremPrioritization"=dword:00000001
"SharePointOnPremTenantName"="TestCloud"

is a need to change something so Office apps can connect to our server?

Thanks for your reply and explaination.
I discussed with SharePoint team, and we could reproduced your issue on our test environment. It seems that this is an expected behavior.

According to this similar thread "Add on-premise SharePoint site as an account", Microsoft 365 apps could not connect to the SharePoint on-Premise.

we want to achieve co-authoring in Word and Other Office apps.
is this possible with SharePoint on-Premise?
